Access to Birth Control Act (S.1555, H.R.2596)

A bill that would establish certain duties for pharmacies to ensure provision of Food and Drug Administration- approved contraception.  This bill states that pharmacies may not refuse to provide legal contraception (i.e. hormonal birth control, emergency contraception) to persons of age based on personal opinions or beliefs.
